At the recent MVYSA General Meeting Jodi Manger was awarded the MVYSA Volunteer of the Year Award. Winners are chosen based on several criteria including being a good role model for the community beyond soccer, demonstrates a willingness to promote players and soccer, has increased the opportunities for others to participate in soccer and with the club, and has strong moral character.
Jodi joined the Botkins Soccer Club board in 2011. She eventually began to lead the board and helped increase membership and sponsorship of the club during her time on the board. Because of her strong relationships in the community, she was able to promote the club with players, their families, and everyone in Botkins. We appreciate all she has done for the club.
The award is well deserved!
